Carolina Suarez is the Founder of STREETSCAPE. 

With a sharp eye for market dynamics, and an intuitive approach to deal-making, Carolina has an unwavering commitment to client advocacy, ensuring guidance to assist businesses scale effectively in competitive markets.  Her focus is partnering with emerging and established operators to secure high-performing locations in both local and, multi-market growth across the country.  

Driven by a passion for empowering clients with clarity and results, Carolina led lease relief negotiations during COVID-19 that secured $12 Million in rent savings for various operators, reinforcing her ability to deliver results, even in the most challenging market conditions.   

A strategic thinker, fluent in both English and Spanish, Carolina pairs her multicultural perspective with a deep understanding of national development trends, lease negotiation, cost analysis and development strategy. Her approach is adept at navigating complex negotiations, ensuring that each deal aligns with her clients' operational goals and target market demographics. She has played a key role in the national rollout and portfolio optimization efforts for acclaimed brands such as Mecha Noodle Bar, Bartaco, Hatch, Barcelona Wine Bar, Vitality Bowls, Sixty Vines, The Little Beet, Fields Good Chicken, Five Guys, Corsica, One Medical, Oula, and others.

Originally from Peru, Carolina launched her real estate career in New York City in 2013. Thereafter, she joined Barteca Restaurant Group to work closely with Chairman and Co-Founder, Andy Pforzheimer, on the growth strategy for Barcelona Wine Bar and Bartaco. When Barteca sold for $325 Million to  Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc., Carolina advanced to CBRE, Inc. to join the firm’s top-ranked master broker team, which later evolved into Origin RA.
